Opening event: Saturday May 9, 5pm - 7pm.
“Synergy” is an exhibition of abstract works by Sheila Naughton in response to time spent in Ballinglen and a record of how the experience of being there influenced the nature of the work. There is a meditative quality to the works which frequently incorporate line as a fundamental element. Sheila says “I investigate line as a form of universal expression and communication”.
The exhibition will be opened by Luke Currall, Visual Arts Curator, Waterford Gallery of Art, Waterford on Saturday 9 May.
